Teen Job Positions at Bruster’s

Assistant Manager – Management experience a plus. Good pay & benefits. Supervise a great team of workers. Must be willing to work nights. Must be at least 18 years old.

Crew Leader – Customer Service Experience a Plus. Learn the Ropes from a Leading Franchise. Lead a Great Team of Workers. Must be at least 18 years old.

Ice Cream Maker – Ensure the store is adequately stocked with ice cream, yogurt, sherbet and ice on a daily basis. Requires organization, cleanliness and attention to detail. Prior food/ice cream preparation experience helpful. Must be at least 16 years old.

Ice Cream Scooper – Must be at least 16 years old. State child labor laws vary and the employment of those that are 14-15 years of age is subject to those regulations.
