How Old to Work at Bruster’s

Bruster’s Job Positions
Ice Cream Maker
Ensure the store is adequately stocked with ice cream, yogurt, sherbet and ice on a daily basis. Requires organization, cleanliness and attention to detail. Prior food/ice cream preparation experience helpful. Must be at least 16 years old.
Ice Cream Scooper
Must be at least 16 years old. State child labor laws vary and the employment of those that are 14-15 years of age is subject to those regulations.
Customer Service Experience a Plus. Learn the Ropes from a Leading Franchise. Lead a Great Team of Workers. Must be at least 18 years old.
Management experience a plus. Good pay & benefits. Supervise a great team of workers. Must be willing to work nights. Must be at least 18 years old.
