Interact. Work hard. Solve real issues. Feel the fun. They offer junior and senior students in hospitality programs a ten-week paid, high-energy intern experience. During the first five weeks, interns acclimate to their new environment, trying out a variety of areas. The rest is the real test. Hands-on training, including Management and Manager-On-Duty roles, ending with an appraisal of your skills, knowledge and of course, aptitude for good times.
As a Friday’s® intern, you can look forward to:
* Being assigned a big project that you can apply to real situations later
* Weekly one-on-one progress meetings with the General Manager to discuss experiences, opportunities and goals for the upcoming week
* A “Performance Appraisal” at the end of the internship
