VSA Resorts is a family vacation ownership company that is consist of 3 groups of resorts. These well-known resorts are Ocean Key, Atrium, and Ocean Sands. VSA Resorts has many job opportunities, especially for teens and entry level applicants. They have full-time and part-time positions available. The minimum age to apply is 16 years old. Here are some of the jobs available:
Resort Attendant
The duties include cleaning all the common area properly, monitoring luggage cart accessibility, coordinating delivery the of linens, coordinating with the executive housekeeper regarding the task, reporting any hazardous incidents, injuries and safety concerns to the resort manager. Candidates must possess knowledge of housekeeping tools and equipment, knowledge of laundry equipment and can lift objects up to 25 lbs. A high school diploma is preferred while work-related is preferred but not required.
Front Desk Agent
The duties include providing customer service to customers, answering queries about the hotel, registration, and travel directions, communicating and coordinating with the needs of the customers and performing front desk activities. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, be proficient in using computer skills, have great communication skills verbally and written. Must also have a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Suite Attendant
The duties include performing cleaning services, ensuring all suites are presentable and comply with “sense of arrival” expectations by performing a specific task, coordinating with the executive housekeeper with necessary task, and meeting company guest satisfaction. Candidates must be knowledgeable of housekeeping tools and equipment and have knowledge in using laundry equipment. Housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
