Catering Coordinator
The duties include assigning and coordinating delivery drivers for each order, sending “Thank You” notes and performs daily callbacks, handles and resolves customer complaints, collaborates with GM and ensures catering collateral is displayed and stocked in the shop at all times. Candidates must have a high school diploma, excellent customer service skills, strong sales skills, have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a confident and friendly attitude.
