Off Hours Stock Clerk
The Off Hours Stock Clerk works overnight or early morning shifts (10pm-6am or 3am-Noon) in order to keep the store shelves stocked adequately to ensure the best possible shopping experience for customers.

The job entails keeping shelves stocked, unloading deliveries and keeping storage areas organized. You should be at ease with climbing ladders to a height of 12 feet. You’ll also be required to repeatedly bend and lift as much as 25 pounds. The job requires continued strenuous labor and the ability to read shelf labels.

Back of House Team Member
The responsibilities of the Back of House Team Member include assembly, parts request processing, administration of inventory reports and ensuring that the storeroom meets required standards of organization and cleanliness. This position plays a vital role in overall store performance, because the efficiency of the customer pick-up program depends on the ability to maintain a high level of competence in the storeroom.

To qualify for this position, you must be literate in English with excellent oral skills as well. Basic computer and analytic skills are required, and you should be detail-oriented with an ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical problems. Physically, you’ll be required to construct floor samples and must be able to lift items of up to 50 pounds and carry them a minimum of 10 feet.

Maintenance/Housekeeping Team Member
Members of Maintenance/Housekeeping Team are responsible for picking up any trash found in the store; emptying trash cans and replacing the liners; sweeping and mopping floors as well as vacuuming carpeted areas; cleaning and storage of entryway mats; washing windows; spot painting as necessary; and generally cleaning of any common areas.

As well, these team members are charged with minor repairs, preventative maintenance of equipment and replacing light bulbs. Other responsibilities include daily cleaning of restrooms and keeping bathroom supplies stocked.

Outdoor assignments may include washing windows and doors; sweeping and hosing down sidewalks and truck bays; and maintenance of parking batons. Parking lots should be kept free of debris, and shopping carts should be collected and returned to their assigned spot.

Applicants for this position must be able to use a variety of cleaning chemicals and should be physically able to operate machinery to include compactors, bailers, and pallet jacks. Preference is given to those with mechanical, electrical or plumbing experience.

Pricing and Signage Team Member
Members of the Pricing and Signage Team will be responsible for maintenance of correct pricing and signage in the store; coordination of pricing and signage events; and delivering outstanding service to our guests.

To comply with the responsibilities of this position, applicants must be able to work with our Management Work Station (MWS) to get the information needed for pricing and signage missions. Other necessary qualifications include the ability to multitask and prioritize projects as well as to delegate tasks to others according to their strengths and abilities.

This position requires a dedication to guest service as well as considerable knowledge of the products offered in the stores.

Sales Team Member
Members of Sales Team will interact regularly with guests on the sales floor to help them find products that fit their needs as well as at the cash register.

Sales team members use company protocol to create an environment that enriches the guest experience and should also help to maintain a well stocked and organized store. Guest concerns should be resolved in a friendly and timely manner.

Team members may be assigned to more than one department in order to provide the best experience for guests and help the store reach its daily goals.

Applicants for this position must be dedicated to quality with an ability to prioritize projects and multitask. An upbeat attitude and excellent guest service skills are a must.
