The duties include operating the steamtable, stocking and maintains necessary food inventory for each shift, preparing all dishes according to exact recipe specifications, coordinating with other team members, and maintaining work area clean and sanitized. Candidate must have knowledge in using kitchen equipment, be a team player, have excellent communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and dependable.
Associate
The duties include interacting with the guest by greeting them, ensuring all dining room guests enjoy a great dining experience, locating and delivering meals, fulfilling extra service requests, provide breadstick service, and coordinates kitchen flow. Candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills, organize, a team player, dependable, friendly, and be willing to be cross-trained in all positions.
