- Complete opening duties.

Host
- Greet and escort guests to tables
- Assist in seating
- Maintain orderliness, cleanliness, and sanitation of the wait areas and equipment.
Server
- Deliver food, beverages, and service to guests
- Oversee the needs of the guests
