Crew Member

Shift Supervisor
This is a leadership role that can add to your resume. You motivate, direct and manage shifts of the Crew Members. You will also learn other management tasks such as book-work, training, and marketing. You will also open or close the store. You must be at least 18 years old to apply this position.
Assistant Manager
As the right hand of the General Manager, you will learn how to successfully manage the business by doing bookkeeping, ordering, scheduling, inventory, hiring, interviewing, training and more. You must be at least 18 years old and have high school diploma or equivalent. You must be able to work at least 35 hours per week (including weekends and two closing shifts per week).
General Manager
You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License with minimum degree high School diploma or equivalent. You must be able to work at least 45 hours per week (including weekends and two closing shifts per week). You’re running the store and is responsible in making your store profitable and fun to work at.
