Teen Job Positions at A&W
Team Member – work as part of a team that provides excellent service and high-quality food in a clean, friendly and fun atmosphere. As a front-of-house team member, you’ll prepare products, keep the store clean, serve guests and ring up orders. Minimum age is generally 16 years old.
Assistant Manager – Enforce the standards of QSC and safeguard the integrity of the brands, execute operational systems, fulfill accountability delegated by Restaurant Manager, assist in development of Shift Leaders and Crew; role-model the standards of performance, appearance, and behavior at all times; contribute to achieving profitability through cost controls and shift management. Shift control is a core function of all Managers. Minimum age is generally 18 years old.
Shift Supervisor – leverage the knowledge and skills from the RGM and Area Coach to make decisions for the restaurant. Learn the daily operations necessary to significantly impact the restaurant. Make decisions about labor costs, food costs, employee relations and food safety. Minimum age is generally 18 years old.
