Customer Service Representatives
Customer Service Representatives report to the management team and perform a number of daily tasks. Their main responsibility is to be customer focused, enjoy helping other people, has a can do attitude, and represents FiveStar FoodMart in the most professional way possible. It needs people that have the highest levels of integrity.
Associate managers
Associate managers generally support the General Manager in one store. They may be tasked with duties related to customer service/satisfaction, staffing, stocking, cleaning, maintenance – just about everything involved in having a successful store and related to a future position as a General Manager. They will be responsible for store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
Shift Supervisor
The Shift Supervisor is an entry level management position and reports to the General Manager. They will perform all Customer Service Representative responsibilities as well as partner with the store management team to assist in managing and directing customer service representatives in their duties.
